My Journey
I Started my real estate journey at the age of 17 when I read a book on how to buy real estate with no money. Being a brash 17-year-old, I found a realtor and went out looking at 4 family apartments to buy. I made many offers and eventually bought a building with no money, no credit and no experience. I upgraded the building and sold it 6 months later for a 70% profit. I was hooked on real estate after that. Many years later I am the owner of International Home Realty (a popular Orange County Real Estate Company) as well as an investor.
I still love real estate and working with clients. I have a vast network of investors, owners and friends in and out of the business.
